    HOW DO I EXTEND THE WARRANTY?

    Fill out the form at the top of this page. Once sent, we will proceed to verify the data.

    We will send you an email to the address that you indicate in the form to ensure that the guarantee is extended.

    WHAT IS THE MODEL OF MY MACHINE? Wide warranty

    The Alfa machine model is indicated on a sticker placed on the back or bottom of the product. As the images show, in some cases instead of bringing a sticker the information is printed on the product itself.

    WHAT IS THE LOT/SERIAL NUMBER AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

    The Serial number is a number that is unique to each machine. The Lot number, on the other hand, refers to a group of products that were manufactured in the same print run. Some products carry the Serial number and others carry the Lot number, but don’t worry because it doesn’t matter to you. The Lot/Serial number can be found on the sticker on the back or bottom of Alfa machines. As the images show, in some cases instead of bringing a sticker the information is printed on the product itself.

    WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

    The guarantee covers any factory defect or premature problem found in the product. On the contrary, it does not cover problems or damage caused by misuse of the product.
