HOW DO I EXTEND THE WARRANTY?

WHAT IS THE MODEL OF MY MACHINE?
Extensive warranty The model of Alfa machines is indicated on a sticker placed on the back or bottom of the product. As the images show, in some cases instead of having a sticker the information is printed on the same product.
WHAT IS THE LOT/SERIES NUMBER AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
The Serial number is a figure that is unique for each machine. The Lot number, on the other hand, refers to a group of products that were manufactured in the same run. Some products have the Serial number and others have the Lot number, but don’t worry because it doesn’t matter to you. The Lot/Series number can be found on the sticker on the Alfa machines on the back or bottom. As the images show, in some cases instead of having a sticker the information is printed on the product itself.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers any factory defects or premature problems found in the product. On the contrary, it does not cover problems or damage caused by misuse of the product.
