Description
Alfa Next 30 spring
Do you want to sew your own clothing and accessories? At this stage, we would recommend the Alfa Next 30 Spring. It has a very large work surface, which is great for working more comfortably. This machine is quiet, sews gently, and does not become jammed with thick fabrics like denim, plush, or leather. With 18 stitches, a variable stitch length, and 4-step buttonholes, you have everything you need to sew clothing of all kinds. If you would like to go one step further, take a look at the Alfa Next 40 Spring or Alfa Practik 7, and if you are looking for a simpler machine, we recommend the Alfa Style 20.

You are almost ready to get your Alfa machine, but you still have a few questions that need answering. We will try to provide a response to your concerns:
Will I know how to use it?
We are very familiar with this feeling. In our "I Want to Sew" section and in leading sewing blogs, you can find tutorials that will help you to better understand your machine. If you would like to delve into the world of sewing, you can contact our partner academies and enjoy your Alfa to its full potential. What's more, we are always in motion and organise weekly workshops in different locations, attend DIY fairs, and organise events at haute couture centres.
Will it last many years?
Over the past 100 years in history, four generations have now sewn with an Alfa. Today, we are proud to walk hand-in-hand with our customers advise them whenever they need us. Regarding old Alfa machines, for example, we strive to provide replacements. Moreover, in this section, we have over 200 old (and modern) machine manuals that we have collected, because many of you have inherited an Alfa and are still sewing with it. The truth is, there are beautiful stories behind every Alfa, and we love it when you share them with us by email and on social media.
If it breaks down, what should I do?
Contact us through this form. At our Eibar facilities (Gipuzkoa, Spain), we repair machines, provide assistance, and coordinate workshops around the country. This gives us awareness of problems and allows us to resolve them quickly.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE Alfa Next 30 spring
“The Next line is wonderful. It has all the essentials and, even though they are mechanical, they have a very good sewing quality. The design is a plus for fanciful people like me. Not only can you sew beautifully, but you also have a lovely machine on your table. And things that others might not notice, like the work surface (larger than normal), which is great for working more comfortably.”
Sylvia Santiváñez"Chita Lou"
“It’s a very robust, all-terrain machine. It is sensitive enough to go slowly with fine, delicate fabrics, but powerful enough when we sew coats. I think it is very easy to use and is perfect for anyone getting started with sewing or who already knows how. With its options for buttonholes and variable stitch length, we have everything we need to sew all kinds of clothing.”
